Armando Bruno is a partner and CEO of Studio Marco Piva. Among the various architect activities, he teaches at the Polytechnic of Milan, SPD Polytechnic School of Design, Tongji University_Shanghai, Shenzhen University_Shenzhen, Tsinghua University_Shenzhen, Barreira A + D_Valencia and collaborates with SDA Bocconi and other international universities.
He has been a member of several juries, he is a member of the coordination committee of the ADI Design Department and of the thematic committee of ADI Design Index candidates, he coordinates the Young & Design award since 2015. He has collaborated with some fashion brands such as: Aspesi, Bvlgari, Jil Sander, Maison Martin Margiela, Marni and MSGM. He was the founder and artistic curator of the Spaziootto gallery in Milan.
Under his artistic direction, BrUTO – a collective of creatives coming from the Art, Product and Fashion Design – is an independent project based on the appropriation and recontextualization of artists’ works.
